Without limitation of the foregoing, these Terms of Use set forth the responsibilities of Kids for Community users as well as the limitations on our liability as the provider of Kids for Community. Also please review the Kids for Community Privacy Statement in conjunction with this Terms of Use. The following Terms of Use may be updated in the future to reflect changes.

By accessing or using this website, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use as they may be modified from time to time by Children For Children Foundation, the provider of the Kids for Community website. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not access or otherwise use this website.

Unless otherwise noted on this website, you should assume that all content on the website, and the website as a whole, is the property of Children For Children Foundation. You may not download or save a copy of the website or any portion thereof, for any purpose. However you may print a copy of individual screens appearing as part of the website solely for your personal, non-commercial use or records, provided that any intellectual property marks, logos or other legends that appear on the copied screens remain on, and are not removed from the printed or stored images of such screens.

Third Parties Posting Volunteer Opportunities
When a new third party posts information on Kids for Community, our staff makes an initial review of the organization and the posted volunteer opportunity. However, we have no formal relationship with organizations listed on Kids for Community, and since Kids for Community is an open system in which any party can post information, we encourage you to find out as much information as possible about organizations of interest before participating in any activities. If you are a minor, have a parent or guardian help you. Additionally, a parent or guardian should always accompany a minor when meeting with an organization for the first time.
