3. What kinds of volunteer opportunities are listed on The Kids for Community Search Engine?

All kinds! Many different organizations register to post youth volunteer opportunities on Kids for Community. When they do this, we ask them to give a contact name, phone number, and description of the opportunity including the volunteer requirements. The opportunity gets posted if it seems appropriate, but you and your family should find out as much as possible about the volunteer opportunity and organization to make sure that it's right for you. Remember that a parent, teacher or other adult should always go with you whenever you first meet with an organization.
